Stephanie Sansoucie leads the experience strategy, design research and experience innovation practices at Kohl's Corporation. She brings deep omnichannel expertise focusing on user experience, customer experience, e-commerce, service design, organizational transformation and digital strategy. Her recent initiatives involve customer experience, omnichannel strategy, business process transformation, team leadership and experience design. Stephanie holds an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from the College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University.
Prior to her engagement with Kohl’s, she served a variety of large, influential brands across industry verticals including healthcare, retail and business services as Senior User Experience Consultant with Ascendant Technology (Avnet Services: IBM Practice). She is currently co-authoring a book entitled, “Experience Strategy: A Practical Approach for User Experience Leaders” set for publication by Morgan-Kaufmann in 2014. She believes that people come first and that we must understand the human connection to innovate meaningful solutions.
