With design creds that include Newsweek, Esquire, Discovery.com and even Reader’s Digest, Roger Black is a force to be reckoned with in the world of design and typography. Roger will sharing his experience at WebVisions 2008 for his half day workshop “Type Class.” If you attend, you’ll get an illuminating look at how to work with type on the web from three points of view: Design (with some understanding of history), Context (with the view that associations control the readers feelings about type) and Technology (with the conclusion that while we are waiting for higher-resolution screens there is a lot of work to do with font design and screen rendering).
