Louise is a champion of new growth opportunities and leader of strategic innovation at Moen, the #1 faucet brand in North America. She drives the design, development and commercialization of market driven product innovations that transform consumers’ experiences with everyday products in the home. Louise leverages design thinking methodologies to identify, define, prototype and test new product applications that result in incremental market growth and expansion into new domains.
Prior to joining Moen, Louise led marketing, business development and operations at several U.S. based start-up companies in the consumer products, technology and professional service industries. She has a BA in English from Bowling Green State University and a MBA in Marketing from Case Western Reserve University. In her spare time, she is tinkering with the dozens of IoT devices in her home and envisioning opportunities for new ones.
