Hector is a Creative Director who has worked in the design and branding industry for over 20 years. He has worked with a wide range of clients and has a huge depth of knowledge and experience in this field. He works by inspiring and building relationships with clients, leading design teams, and working with other industry experts such as strategists and consultants to define, position, and create brands.
Hector has worked across many different sectors, with clients including Samsung Galaxy, Electrolux, Triumph Motorcycles, HTC, Hewlett Packard, PWC, Dow Jones, Breezie, Serco, Tate Modern, The Macallan, Design Miami /Basel. As well as branding Hector has extensive experience in signage and way-finding creating solutions for The Barbican Arts Centre, Selfridges London, and the Glasgow Transport Museum.
His work has been recognised with numerous awards including D&AD, ISTD, Art Directors Club Europe and New York. He is regularly featured and quoted in the design press and his work is featured in over 20 design annuals and publications. Hector takes an active role participating in the wider design community talking at events and judging awards, most recently judging the Graphic Design category for the 2013 D&AD awards. Hector's work has been shown in the Design Museum, London, as part of 50 years of the British Road Sign exhibition.
