Smores Stout from Basecamp Brewing. Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it, bro.
Welcome to our Portland. Whether you’ve lived here for years or you’re just passing through for WebVisions, you gotta get out and visit our bars. Here’s the thing. We have a law here that says bars need to serve food. Now, in any other city, that would mean ok beer and horrible food. Not here. Portland’s drinking halls take as much pride in their grub as they do their suds.
We think it’d be a damned shame if you missed out on Portland’s bar scene. So we put together a little pub crawl for y’all. All you have to do is hop on the city’s iconic streetcar, right out front of the convention center, and head south. Directions and details are below.
So, Thursday night, 7:00-9:00pm (or later…we’re not keeping track), jump on the streetcar and make the crawl. It’s a great opportunity to network, meet new friends, explore our wonderful city and experience some of the best beer the world has to offer.
But keep this in mind: Friday’s keynote with Brian David Johnson is at 9:00am sharp. No excuses.
See the map for more details.
