Blaise wowed the audiences at the TED conference (twice), and he’ll unveil his vision of the “Read/Write World.” As mapping, mobile devices and social media converge, Blaise believes that we’re finding ourselves in a world where the physical and the virtual are deeply interpenetrating.
Read/Write World is a project aimed at enabling the sharing and democratized access to connections between the physical and the virtual that enable this interpenetration. It includes elements of Photosynth and Bing Maps, but reconfigures these and other components in a more open manner.
